Parsons, Kansas —
The equestrian team from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) at Miami, Okla., attended the Missouri State University Show held recently in Springfield, Mo. and won third high team overall on Saturday and high point team on Sunday.
Big honors were awarded to Mandie House, a freshman open rider, for being reserve high point rider for Saturday’s show. At the end of the show on Saturday, there was a three-way tie for high point rider with House taking reserve in the tie breaker.
House and Sara Nutsch, a sophomore novice rider, earned enough points at the show to be qualified for regionals.
